Shipping and returns
When you select your Shipping Region you will be shown the different delivery options and costs available to you in that region. If you're looking for information about shipping within Canada, see our domestic shipping rates. If you're shipping to the US, see our US rates, for Mexico, Japan, Australia, or nearly any other country, see our international shipping rates.
We'll estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping-date estimates will appear in the order form. After you've placed your order, you'll be able to see both shipping- and delivery-date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail.
Your shipping costs depend upon the methods and options you choose. GST of 5% is charged to all Canadian residents, as well as Provincial Sales Tax of 7.5% where applicable.
Books returned without prior agreement will not be credited.
